Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They also draw a clear line between what we publish here and what we contract to deliver, and they say plainly that we do not guarantee search results, because an SEO agency that hides that in the small print is telling you something about itself.
1.Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of 2tentech.com, including the blog and every page under this domain. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we deliver client work. That is covered in the next section.
2.This website is not a contract for services
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Service descriptions, packages, deliverables, timelines, and any price or price band shown here are indicative and are provided to help you decide whether to talk to us.
If we work together, the scope, fees, payment terms, and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. Where that agreement and this website disagree, the signed agreement governs.
3.No guarantee of search results
We think this deserves its own section, because our industry has a bad habit of burying it.
SEO, AI search optimization, and digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and the undisclosed changes made to them, competitor activity, your market, your budget, your website's history, and how quickly recommendations get implemented. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic volume, lead count, conversion rate, revenue figure, or placement in AI-generated answers, and we do not guarantee a timeframe in which any result will appear.
Case studies, results, and performance figures published on this site describe what happened for a specific client in a specific situation. They are records of past work, not a prediction of your outcome, and they should not be read as one.
4.How you may use this site
You may read, share, and quote our published content with attribution and a link to the original page. You may use our guides, glossary, and blog for your own business purposes.
You may not:
- Republish our content in bulk, or pass it off as your own
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors, or in breach of our robots.txt
- Use the site or our forms to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Use the site to build or train a commercial dataset or model without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization when contacting us
5.Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, illustrations, page designs, and the 2tentech name and logo, belongs to 2tentech or is used with permission. The sub-brand names used across this site, including Optima, Proxima, Axiom, Ultima, Maxima, and Learn, identify our own service divisions.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks that appear on this site, including those of search engines, analytics tools, and platforms we work with, belong to their respective owners. We reference them descriptively and their use here does not imply endorsement by them of us, or by us of them.
6.What you send us
When you send us an enquiry, a brief, or feedback, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, which is normally to respond to you and to prepare a proposal.
Please do not send confidential information through the website forms. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, tell us and we will arrange a confidentiality agreement first.
How we handle the personal information in a submission is described in our Privacy Policy.
7.Our published content is information, not advice
Our blog, guides, and glossary are educational. They are general information about how search and marketing work, and they are not professional advice for your specific situation. Search engines change their systems frequently, so an article that was accurate when published may be out of date when you read it.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Do not act on it in place of advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
8.Links to other websites
We link to external sources, documentation, and tools where they support what we are saying. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave 2tentech.com, the terms and privacy policy of the site you land on apply instead of ours.
9.Site availability and changes
We maintain this site actively, and we may add, change, or remove pages, services, and published prices at any time without notice. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may suspend it for maintenance.
10.Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
11.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2tentech and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section governs use of the website. Liability arising from client work is governed by the signed agreement for that work.
12.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify 2tentech against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our services change. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
